We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to Canada and the continental USA on orders over $100 USD. Free shipping is available on international orders over $500 USD. All orders are tracked, insured, and will require a (contactless) signature for delivery.
Easy Returns
We want you to love your new Laskey Mouthpiece. If you're not completely satisfied you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the entire order is returned, a restocking fee of $10 per mouthpiece will be deducted from the refund, in addition to return shipping costs which are the responsibility of the customer.
If any purchase is made from an order, all restocking fees are waived on any returned products.
Note: Gold Mouthpieces are considered custom order and are final sale.
Secure Payment
Our store offers secure, SSL encryption and uses Paypal or Stripe for payment processing. Credit card numbers are not stored locally and we take the protection of your private data very seriously.
Refused or Non-Deliverable Packages
For packages that are refused, returned to sender, or otherwise non-deliverable, restocking fees, and all shipping charges, and customs fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Should the charges total be more than the original order, the customer may be billed for the difference.
